Midweek Motivation: Mental Strength

The week is half over. YAY! But boy am I dragging. Coffee is just not working for me today. So, I was looking around on good ‘ol Pinterest for some extra motivation, when I found this nice list of mental strength reminders.


I agree with everything on this list except for the “don’t complain” part. Although I do agree that trying to stay happy is SUPER important, sometimes a good vent session is the only way to get back to that happy place. That’s what awesome friends are for, right?

Regardless, these are all good things to keep in mind no matter what your goals for the rest of the week may be. Have a happy Wednesday!
